KidStrong Camp blends high-energy movement, confidence-building activities, and team challenges into full days designed for children ages 4-11. Each day includes obstacle courses, relay races, team games, STEAM-inspired physical activities, and coach-led ninja courses, with a closing ceremony where kids showcase their progress. The curriculum is science-based, developed with experts in occupational therapy and child development. No KidStrong membership is required to attend, and drop-in day options are available based on availability.
