Kids at Art Summer Art Camps

Kids at Art's summer programs provide creative, hands-on experiences for young artists. The Half-Day Morning Art Camp (9am–12pm) for ages 4½+ immerses children in three hours of creative projects using drawing, painting, clay, sculpture, papier-mâché, and mixed media, with projects varying daily for repeat attendees. The Full-Day Art + Sports Camp (9am–3pm) combines morning art instruction with afternoon sports programming at a nearby facility, covering basketball, baseball, soccer, football, volleyball, hockey, and lacrosse. For ages 2–4, shorter 45-minute summer classes introduce art through playful exploration of color, texture, and materials with a parent or caregiver present. Art in Central Park sessions for ages 6–14 teach observational drawing and painting in an outdoor setting. The studio maintains small class sizes for individual attention, experienced instructors, and flexible scheduling allowing registration for individual days or full weeks.
