CampVentures is a summer day camp for ages 2 to 12 at Kiddie Academy of Farmingdale, featuring themed weekly activities, hands-on exploration, field trips, and outdoor play tailored to different age groups from toddlers through school-age children.
CampVentures turns summer into a season of exploration and adventure through themed learning. For 2-year-olds, the program focuses on sensory exploration and movement through textures, physical science, pretend play, and creative arts. The 3- and 4-year-old program builds on their interests with activities exploring simple machines, animals, literature, and cooking. Older children (5 and up) choose their own adventures with educator-planned activities on topics they select, from gardening to theatrical performances, along with field trips and culminating projects. All age groups enjoy outdoor time, water play, special visitors, and nutritious meals and snacks provided daily.
