Junior Chefs Kitchen runs school day-off camps at two Chicago locations. Full-day campers (ages 4+) spend 9am–3pm preparing and eating two recipes, doing food crafts and science experiments, playing games, visiting nearby parks, and touring local restaurants. The camp includes two meals daily (lunch and snack), movement activities, and guest appearances from Chicago chefs. After-care is available 3pm–5pm for an additional fee. Half-day options are available. The curriculum is guided by a Registered Dietitian and focuses on building cooking skills, trying new foods, and fostering a growth mindset.
