A full-day summer arts camp in Jamaica Plain for children ages 5–12 featuring morning art, music, and drama workshops, afternoon collaborative projects, field trips, and weekly showcase performances.
JP KidsArts runs nine weeks of summer programming from late June through late August. Each week, children choose a morning immersive art-based workshop and participate in afternoon community collaborative projects leading to an end-of-week showcase performance. The program includes field trips around Boston and free play time. Daily programming runs 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with snacks and lunch provided. The organization offers sliding-scale tuition based on household income and accepts Child Care Choices of Boston vouchers to make arts education accessible to families across economic backgrounds.
