A full-day and half-day summer camp in August for children ages 3–17 focused on social skills development through themed weeks, gross motor activities, sensory experiences, and creative arts. The program emphasizes peer interaction and includes instruction from ABA professionals, special education teachers, and counselors.
JDK Social Skills Summer Camp runs four to five weeks throughout August with weekly themes such as outdoor camping, dinosaurs, sensory science, and celebrations. Each day includes themed yoga, group social skills instruction, gross motor activities, occupational therapy and physical therapy classes, fitness, music therapy, art therapy, water activities, and sensory taekwondo. Class sizes are limited to about ten to twelve children with three to four staff members per group. The camp is designed to support positive peer interactions and help each child reach their maximum potential through individualized support.
