A summer day camp for children ages 5–15 combining basketball instruction, chess, and strength conditioning with small group coaching (6–8 campers per coach). The camp runs weekdays from June through early September at two Brooklyn locations with flexible full-day and half-day options.
Hoops Academy's summer camp blends basketball skill development with enrichment activities designed to build both athletic and life skills. Children are grouped by age and skill level for personalized instruction. The daily schedule includes warm-up yoga, strength and conditioning, basketball skills drills, game breakdowns, lunch, chess and board games, competitive challenges, and 3-on-3 or 5-on-5 games. The camp operates at state-of-the-art facilities built specifically for youth basketball development, with coaching staff experienced at college and professional levels. Extended care through 6pm (Hoops Klub) is available with early drop-off and late pick-up options.
