Head Over Heels' Summer Fun & Fitness Program operates from late June through August at locations in Parlin, Middletown, East Brunswick, and Shrewsbury. Children are grouped by age for daily activities and wear wristbands to identify their group. The program includes general summer activities plus specialized skill clinics focusing on cartwheels, bar skills, kickovers, back handsprings, kips, and handstands for various age ranges. Lunch must be brought from home, with snacks and water recommended. Sibling discounts and multi-week booking discounts are available.
