A summer wrestling camp for experienced wrestlers with at least three years of experience. The camp runs weekly sessions in August with high-level instruction, intense drilling, and competitive live wrestling led by state and national-level coaches.
Hammer Camp is designed for wrestlers ready to push their training to the next level across multiple age groups. The camp combines high-level instruction, intense drilling, and competitive live wrestling. Athletes learn from accomplished coaches and wrestlers with credentials including State champions, US Open champions, Super 32 champions, and Tulsa National champions and placewinners. Each week runs Monday through Thursday, offering wrestlers the chance to sharpen their skills before the upcoming season while training alongside motivated athletes.
