A French immersion day camp for children ages 4 to 14 where learning happens through games, science, cooking, sports, arts, and music. Each week features an independent theme, and campers experience a fully French-speaking environment adapted to their language level.
French for Fun Summer Camp runs six weeks from June 22 through July 31, 2026, with each week featuring an independent theme so families can register for individual weeks. The camp combines language learning with creative, athletic, scientific, culinary, and collaborative experiences. A typical day includes French songs and stories, creative projects connected to weekly themes, outdoor play and sports, lunch and recess, and activities like cooking, art, science, music, and drama conducted entirely in French. Weekly themes rotate through Science and Exploration, French Cuisine, and Arts, Culture, and Imagination. The camp is led by experienced teachers from the French International School of Philadelphia who create a warm, immersive environment. Before-camp childcare runs from 8:00–8:30 a.m., the main program from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., and after-camp childcare until 5:00 p.m. for an additional fee.
