A summer break martial arts camp in Mesa where children train in multiple disciplines including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and wrestling, balanced with games and activities, while building character and confidence.
Flow MMA Kids Camp is a high-energy summer programme offering training in self-defense, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and strength & conditioning. The camp emphasizes balance, plyometrics, hand-eye coordination, and strength development to improve athletic performance. Beyond physical skills, the academy focuses on building character through discussions and activities centered on life values like love, kindness, respect, integrity, and sportsmanship. Children learn to handle bullying with confidence, set goals, and grow as both athletes and individuals.
