A summer dance and movement program for caregivers and children ages 0 to 4, running as a pop-up series with four sessions in July and August 2026. Each 60-minute session features 45 minutes of themed movement and music followed by 15 minutes of family mingling and connection.
Family Grooves is ESTIA's inclusive take on parent-child movement classes, welcoming moms, dads, grandparents, and caregivers to move alongside young children. Sessions feature themed playlists—ranging from 90s and 00s throwbacks to musicals—with guided movement designed to be meaningful for both caregiver and child. The program emphasizes playful connection and includes a full-body workout for adults, with each class concluding in open time for families to connect with other participants.
