Excel Gymnastics Academy runs day camps and seasonal camps (summer, spring break, winter break) for children ages 4–12, combining structured gymnastics instruction with creative activities, games, and open gym time in a safe, supportive environment.
Excel Gymnastics Academy offers day camps and seasonal camps throughout the year, including summer sessions and school break camps. Summer camps are held on flexible Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedules. Each day typically includes one hour of age- and skill-appropriate gymnastics instruction, followed by snack time with creative and team-building activities, and open gym exploration. The academy provides all gym activities and equipment, while families bring packed snacks and water bottles. Camps are designed for children ages 4 and up (potty trained) through age 12, with activities tailored to different skill levels and interests. A $50 deposit is required at registration, with the balance due by May 15th. Up to two make-up days are allowed per session.
