Elijah Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Summer Camp

Elijah BJJ runs summer camp and school-break sessions from its academy on Stuyvesant Avenue in Union. Days combine real Jiu Jitsu instruction in positions taught in year-round classes, movement-based games and conditioning work, teamwork challenges, and supervised downtime with lunch and rest. The camp is taught by the same coaches who run the academy's regular kids classes, so children train in a familiar environment with consistent instruction. Complete beginners are welcome and are grouped by age so activities match developmental levels. Spots are limited each week to maintain appropriate coach-to-child ratios.
