Early Childhood Center Summer Camp

The Early Childhood Center runs a seven-week summer camp program from early June through the end of July, organized around weekly themes such as "Let's Hit the Beach," "A-Camping We Will Go," and "Summer Camp Olympics." Children spend time outdoors on playgrounds and at water tables, indoors in air-conditioned classrooms with games and activities, and participate in age-appropriate learning through play. The camp serves both ECC students and children from surrounding communities. Younger children in the Twos program experience camp as an introduction to school routines and teachers, easing the transition to fall enrollment. Older four- and five-year-olds follow a specialized curriculum focused on kindergarten readiness. Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., with optional lunch extension until 1 p.m. or afternoon enrichment activities until 3 p.m. Before-camp care (8–9 a.m.) and after-camp care (3–5 p.m. in June) are available.
