Dorothy P. Flint 4-H Camp, founded in 1924 and the oldest 4-H camp in New York State, operates on 140 acres of farmland, woodlands, and beachfront along the Long Island Sound. The camp offers both week-long overnight experiences and day camp options for children ages 5-16. Facilities include a 40-acre working farm, waterfront access for swimming and water activities, ropes courses with multiple challenge levels, rock climbing wall, zipline, sports fields, indoor horseback riding arena, and nature and science center. All programs emphasize learning through hands-on experiences grounded in 4-H values of leadership, community, and stewardship. The camp is accredited by the American Camp Association and licensed by the Suffolk County Department of Health.
