A day camp offering themed weekly sessions for kindergarten through 12th grade students, combining Montessori academics with hands-on activities like LEGO construction, art, drama, cooking, and field trips. The school has run summer enrichment programs for 47 years.
Dobson Montessori's Super Summer runs multi-week themed sessions where students learn through activities integrated with academics. Elementary workshops for K-6th graders (9:00 AM–3:00 PM, $225/week) include LEGO projects, cultural studies, sports, computers, art, drama, science, cooking, and animal care. Each week features a different theme such as "LEGO Lunatics," "North to Alaska," "Going to the Dogs," "I Know Van Gogh," and "Mythology." Students entering 7th-12th grade can join upper division workshops. Extended day care (6:30 AM–5:45 PM) is available for $260/week. The program is taught by experienced Montessori-certified teachers and emphasizes hands-on learning and social enrichment.
