Dancewave runs week-long dance camps during summer for ages 3–18, teaching movement fundamentals and creative expression while developing coordination, flexibility, musicality, and social-emotional skills.
Dancewave offers multiple summer camp sessions tailored to different age groups. Creative Movement Camp serves ages 3–6 in late August, while the August 10–14 session serves ages 7–10. ChoreoLab Dance Intensive for ages 11–14 runs August 3–7, hosted at 651 Arts Integrative Arts Camp. For older teens, ArtsPath at New York City Center (ages 15–18) runs July 27–31. All camps focus on developing movement techniques, creative expression, and building community while strengthening motor, technical, cognitive, social and emotional skills.
