A summer dance camp offering weekly workshops where children learn different dance styles and performance techniques, rehearsing Monday through Thursday to create and perform a themed show on Friday.
Dance Theater West's Summer Dance programme gives young dancers the opportunity to explore various dance styles while building performance skills. Participants rehearse Monday through Thursday and create a themed show performed on Friday for family and friends. The camp offers both classical intensive workshops (with a lunch break) and young dancer workshops (10am–12pm, performing Friday at 11:30am). Dancers should bring water bottles and wear the required dress code of black tank leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes.
