A ten-week summer day camp in Brooklyn where children aged 5 and up explore themed weeks including wildlife, ocean exploration, world cultures, and sewing skills through art projects, crafts, and creative activities. Also runs: Winter Wonderland Day Camp.
Creative Summer with ArtBox runs from late June through early September with ten themed weeks. Each week immerses campers in a different topic: Week 1 explores African wildlife and tribal culture, Week 2 features a magical academy with royal and fantasy themes, Week 3 involves tropical island adventures and exploration, Week 4 focuses on wildlife and gardening with science experiments, Week 5 travels around the world through different regions and architecture, Week 6 dives into marine biology and ocean exploration, and Weeks 7-10 (in collaboration with Five B. Studio) teach sewing and fashion design with students creating wearable projects. Campers stay in consistent groups of 15-20 children per week. Options include 8:30am-3pm or 8:30am-5pm attendance, with drop-off and pick-up at the studio location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
