A four-week summer program in July for students with learning disabilities (grades 2–12) combining morning academic sessions focused on organizational and study skills with afternoon enrichment activities including art, physical education, and field trips.
The Craig School Summer Academy runs from July 6–31 at the Mountain Lakes campus for grades 2–8 and the Montville campus for grades 9–12. The program pairs a structured morning academic session (9 am–12 pm, Monday–Thursday) that builds organizational, note-taking, and research skills with an engaging afternoon enrichment session (12 pm–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday). Fridays feature full-day field trips. High school students may also participate as Counselors-in-Training, co-leading activities for younger students. The program is open to both Craig School students and non-Craig students with learning disabilities, with rolling admission and limited spots available.
