CPAC Summer Tennis Camps

CPAC East runs a variety of summer tennis camps serving different age groups and skill levels. The QuickStart program introduces children ages 5-7 to tennis using low compression balls and smaller courts, focusing on hand-eye coordination and motor skills. The Junior Development Program serves ages 8-14 beginner to intermediate players with stroke development instruction. The all-day Future Stars Day Camp combines level-specific drills, match play, fitness, and games for players working toward USTA and high school competition. Elite camps serve advanced players currently in Performance and High Performance groups with intense instructional drills and extensive match play. Varsity Training prepares high school players for competition, emphasizing singles and doubles strategy along with strength and conditioning to prevent injury.
