A summer day camp in Libertyville combining martial arts instruction, academic studies, character building, games, field trips, and fitness activities for children without prior martial arts experience required.
CORE Martial Arts Summer Camp offers daily programming from 7:30am to 6:00pm featuring martial arts classes, academic instruction, character development, games, park and library visits, weekly field trips, and pool days. The camp emphasizes life skills including respect, discipline, self-control, and confidence. Each child is encouraged to explore creativity and develop leadership abilities through the CORE Martial Arts system. The camp provides morning and afternoon snacks, with lunch required from home (no peanut products); hot lunch from Anam Cara Café is available for an additional charge. Swimming suit and towel are needed for Tuesday and Friday pool days. Busing is available for students enrolled in district 70 summer school.
