A nature-focused day camp offering weekly sessions with hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, and live animal encounters. Program tracks include field exploration, pond studies, fly fishing, survival skills, weather science, and birding for students entering kindergarten through high school.
Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery operates summer day camp sessions featuring nature-based learning and outdoor exploration. Children participate in hands-on activities and nature crafts while learning from naturalists. The camp offers multiple program tracks including Curious Naturalists, Field Explorers, Junior Biologists, Turtle Trackers, Fly Fishing Techniques, Outdoor Photography, Slimy Science, Cool Experiments, Survival Skills, Pond Adventures, Salt Marsh Exploration, Naturalists-in-Training, Young Birders, Animal Adaptations, and Wild & Wacky Weather. Programs are available for students entering kindergarten through high school in the following September.
