A six-week summer camp for ages 2–5 in July and August offering Montessori education with arts, music, cooking, nature walks through Snug Harbor Botanical Gardens, and classes in Spanish and horticulture.
Children's Harbor Montessori School runs a summer program designed around Montessori philosophy and art-centered learning. The camp includes cooking, painting, fine arts, crafts, music exploration, movement and dance, and yoga. Children participate in nature walks through the Snug Harbor Botanical Gardens, including visits to the Chinese Scholar's Garden and Secret Garden, weekly programs with on-site museums, and lessons in horticulture and Spanish. Free play and games happen in a private playground. A separate toddler program for ages 2–3 runs three full or three half days weekly (Monday through Wednesday).
