Celebration Farm Summer Horsemanship Camp

Celebration Farm's Summer Horsemanship Camp welcomes children ages 6-12 for an educational experience that teaches basic horsemanship skills through direct interaction with horses. Campers engage in riding lessons and learn about important aspects of horsemanship including nutrition, equipment, horse movement and behavior. The camp runs Monday through Thursday from 9am to noon, with sessions in late June and throughout July. All activities take place in a hands-on barn environment where children work directly with horses. Helmets are required for riding, and the farm provides loaner helmets if needed. Campers should bring water bottles and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; gym shoes are acceptable for beginners.
