Castle Hill YMCA offers several summer camp programs for children ages 4-14, including traditional day camp, specialized swim instruction, basketball academy, and kinder camp for younger children, running in two-week sessions from late June through mid-August.
Castle Hill YMCA runs multiple summer camp options designed for different ages and interests. Traditional Summer Camp (ages 6-12) features physical fitness, arts and crafts, science activities, and theme days, with a focus on building social and emotional skills through team-building and community. Kinder Camp (ages 4-5) is structured to support the transition to kindergarten with classroom-style activities, literacy, interactive science, and arts and crafts. Swim Camp (ages 7-14) combines day camp activities with specialized aquatic instruction, where swimmers are individually tested and instruction is tailored to their skill level. Basketball Camp (ages 8-14) offers focused basketball skill development. All programs run two-week sessions from June 29 through August 21, 2026, with camp hours from 9 am to 5 pm and extended care available from 8-9 am and 5-6 pm. Open houses are scheduled for April, and registration opens in December.
