Camp Galileo's day camp at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School serves grades K-8 with STEAM projects and outdoor adventure activities, running June 22 - July 31, from 9am to 3pm with optional extended care available.
Camp Galileo Chicago combines hands-on STEAM exploration with outdoor fun for kindergarten through eighth grade. Each daily program includes an energizing opening ceremony, Innovator's Studio for polished STEAM projects to take home, collaborative Idea Lab design challenges, outdoor games and team-building activities, daily snack break, lunch and free play, and a closing ceremony. Grades K-1 work on 1-2 day age-appropriate projects individually and in small groups, grades 2-3 engage in similar collaborative and individual project work, and grades 4-5 complete longer individual projects.
