A six-week summer day camp in Westwood designed for children ages 6–12 with ADHD and related behavioral or anxiety challenges, combining evidence-based treatment with traditional camp activities including swimming, sports, and social skills training.
Camp Baker is a summer treatment program based on the evidence-based Summer Treatment Program (STP) model, recognized by the American Psychological Association and SAMHSA as a Model Program in Child and Family Mental Health. The camp serves children in elementary and middle school struggling with ADHD, disruptive behaviors, anxiety, or noncompliance. Located on the 1,100-acre Hale Education campus in Westwood, Camp Baker provides a full day camp experience with a 2:1 child-to-staff ratio. Daily activities include swimming twice per day, sports, art, and academics, along with structured instruction in social skills, problem-solving, and emotion management. The program includes 21 hours of in-person parent training throughout the summer and school year. Bus transportation to and from camp is included.
