Cam's Camp is a competitive summer basketball program designed for dedicated players with prior team or structured training experience. The camp runs ten weeks in four-day sessions (Monday–Thursday, 9 am–2 pm) at Next Play Prep in Wyckoff, NJ. Each week targets specific grade levels or skill levels, from elementary through high school. Training covers detailed footwork technique, shooting off the catch, defensive aggression, three-on-three plays, age-appropriate strength and calisthenics, stretching, vertical jump work, and mental fitness including meditation and mindfulness. The camp maintains small groups to ensure individualized instruction. Strength training takes place at a separate facility on the property, and campers walk between locations.
