Game Changers is a 12-week hands-on summer camp for ages 3-12 built around STEAM exploration. Children become game characters completing missions through themed adventures covering air and space, Earth systems, and water worlds, with field trips and creative projects. Also runs: Cadence Academy Montessori Gilbert Winter Camp.
Cadence Academy Montessori Gilbert offers Game Changers, a full-day summer camp split into two age groups: Junior Game Changers for ages 3-4 and Game Changers for ages 5-12. Over 12 weeks (May-August), children engage in screen-free, hands-on learning where they create avatars and complete missions while exploring four themes: air and space (weeks 1-4), Earth systems (weeks 4-8), and water worlds (weeks 8-12). The curriculum emphasizes STEAM projects, teamwork, problem-solving, and real-world adventures including field trips. Activities include building edible Earth models, rock painting, escape-room-style challenges, and an Invention Fair. The program is open to non-enrolled families as well, with some locations offering FlexiPass options.
