A summer day camp for children ages 2–5 running one-week sessions from June through July, with themed projects, outdoor play, gardening, and cooking led by the school's experienced teachers.
Brooklyn Schoolhouse offers multi-age summer sessions from June 8 through July 23, 2026, with seven weekly themes including sensory play, gardening, animal adventures, construction, cooking, puppets and storytelling, and music and movement. Each day includes themed projects and investigations, snack time, outdoor yard time with water play, and group songs and games. Children ages 2–5 with prior school experience, or without prior experience if enrolling for Fall 2026, may register for any number of weeks. Morning sessions run 9am–12:15pm and full-day sessions run 9am–2:15pm. The school provides organic snacks, and full-day children bring lunch from home. Much of the day is spent outdoors in the transformed schoolyard with a sprinkler, mud kitchen, and sensory activities.
