Brighton Charter School Summer School

Brighton Charter School's summer school runs June 1–18, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The programme serves K–8 students with instruction designed to help them get ahead, catch up, or gain confidence before the next school year. Incoming ninth graders who attend can earn high school elective credit and gain exposure to high school coursework, with credits added to their transcript. Breakfast and lunch are provided daily through partnerships with AAA Safety Patrol and school staff. High school students participate in the programme by helping prepare and serve meals while earning .5 credit each in up to two courses, with options including English, algebra, geometry, history, weight lifting, food safety and preparation, or science based on student interest and academic needs.
