A summer piano program offering three 4-day courses—Reading Intensive, Chord Workshop, and Anatomy of a Song—plus individual lesson packages for students to strengthen their skills during the break.
Blue in Green Youth Piano Academy runs a summer session with three focused group courses, each meeting for 1.5 hours daily over four days (Monday–Thursday). The Reading Intensive helps students build confidence in sight-reading music notation. The Chord Workshop, for students at Level 2 and above, teaches chord understanding and execution in a band setting. Anatomy of a Song introduces students to song analysis, arrangement, and how musical elements work together. Students who cannot attend group courses can book individual 30-minute tutoring sessions in prepaid packages of four or six. All summer offerings are designed to complement the academy's main semester program and help students strengthen skills in their areas of greatest need.
