A hands-on culinary day camp running June 29 through August 27, Monday through Thursday, 9AM to 3PM for ages 9-16. Weekly themed sessions explore cuisines from around the world, with before and after care available.
Bergen Culinary School's summer camp transforms cooking into a hands-on adventure for young chefs. Children are grouped by age and ability and participate in weekly themed cooking programs exploring cuisines from China, Italy, England, the Caribbean, Spain, Morocco, and Argentina, along with American cooking. Each week focuses on hands-on culinary skills, creative exploration, team building, and nutritional education. Campers create irresistible flavors, keep personal culinary journals, and explore food and culture. Before and after care options are available.
