A multi-disciplinary arts summer camp in Chicago for children ages 4–11 that blends music, dance, theater, and visual art. Campers explore creative disciplines through hands-on activities and perform at the end of each week.
Artist Playhouse Summer Camp is an integrated arts experience where children ages 4–11 explore music, dance, theater, and visual art together. Each week centers around a theme, with campers singing, playing instruments like ukulele, dancing, acting out stories, and creating visual art projects in small group settings led by experienced teaching artists. The week culminates in a Friday performance at 4:00pm where campers showcase their collaborative creative work. The camp runs 9:00am–4:00pm Monday through Friday with options for early drop-off and late pickup. Campers must be potty-trained and able to use the bathroom independently.
