Apron Masters' Summer Apprenticeship is an intensive month-long program designed for teens aged 13-17 who are passionate about cooking. The program provides hands-on instruction and experimentation in a variety of cooking techniques, ranging from fundamental knife skills to advanced baking and decorating. Participants take a culinary journey around the world, exploring different regions, styles, and flavors under the guidance of experienced instructors. By the end of the program, apprentices gain valuable experience, confidence, and kitchen skills, build a community of friends who share their passion for cooking, and receive a comprehensive recipe book featuring all the dishes learned.
