A Montessori-based summer day camp for ages 2–12 with weekly themed programming, daily swimming, hands-on STEM activities, arts, music, drama, sports, and field trips. The 2026 session runs July 6 through August 28 with creative themes like Cosmic Creatures and Whodunit mysteries.
Apple Montessori's Kinnelon summer camp blends Montessori principles with seasonal fun through themed weeks designed for diverse interests and ages. Campers participate in daily pool time with Red Cross certified lifeguards and swimming instruction, plus hands-on science and STEAM experiments, weekly art projects, music theory and performance, dance, acting, technology and coding activities, practical life lessons, cooking, and outdoor sports. The program prevents summer learning loss while maintaining the Montessori approach to self-guided, enriched learning. The Kinnelon campus sits on several acres and features an on-site swimming pool with a shallow end for younger swimmers.
