A full-day martial arts summer camp in Massapequa Park where children ages 5 and up train daily in American Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or Lights Out Boxing, with field trips to local attractions and swimming.
American Black Belt Academy runs a summer day camp from August 3-21, 2026, with activities from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Children receive martial arts instruction daily in American Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or Lights Out Boxing classes, along with swimming at Marjorie Post Pool and field trips to places like the Cradle of Aviation, Long Island Aquarium, Adventureland, Sky Zone, and The Gravity Vault. The camp focuses on building self-confidence, self-defense skills, physical fitness, focus, and discipline. CPR and First Aid certified staff maintain low child-to-staff ratios, and no prior martial arts experience is required.
