After School at Ally's provides structured, active programming for children ages 8 and up starting the week of September 14th. The program features boxing and kickboxing bootcamp classes designed by the studio's founder Ally, using beginner-friendly techniques with small hand weights and heavy bag work. Classes are set to music in a family-friendly, community-oriented environment where kids build strength, endurance, and confidence.
