A statewide youth soccer tournament series featuring small-sided 3v3 matches with a festival atmosphere, held across six regions in New York during summer with local qualifying events leading to state championships.
Eastern NY Youth Soccer Association runs the 3v3 Summer Soccer Series, a tournament platform built around small-sided soccer matches with 3-5 players per team. The series features recreational and competitive divisions for boys and girls from U7 to U19, with 5 guaranteed games per team in a 15-minute format with no goalkeepers. Teams compete locally at qualifying events across six regions (Albany, Hudson Valley, Long Island, NYC, Staten Island, and Westchester) with opportunities to advance to the state championship and potentially regional and national competition. The events emphasize a festival-style atmosphere with music, DJs, skills challenges, and fan zones.
